аз преди година и нещо ги питах за работа в гъбена ферма и ми изпратиха това незнам да ли е същата ферма те май имат нъаколко ферми но несъм много сигурен

Job Title: General operatives – mushroom picker

Description:
Mushroom Pickers work in small teams of up to nine people. Work is carried out in growing rooms with a temperature of 18º centigrade and with plenty of fresh air and light. Rooms are modern and equipment is designed to make work as easy as possible. Mushroom picking is skilled work and training takes place on a one to one basis with a team trainer during the first few weeks. When the mushroom pickers are skilled the minimum target speed must be reached . The majority of work will be on piecework basis. Key skills for this role are enthusiasm, deftness of hand, good eye and hand co-ordination and plenty of energy.

Equipment required: N/A

Accommodation: The Hostel comprises of 6 berth caravans and sleeping units (steel portacabins) that sleep up to 6 people in bunk beds. Cupboard space is provided but residents are asked to provide their own bedding and pillows. The toilets, showers and catering facilities are located separately from the sleeping accommodation. Each unit is equipped with a small fridge, kettle , microwave, table and chairs. At our self-catering sites you will be expected to prepare your own food and maintain the kitchen area in a safe and hygienic manner. The current charge for accommodation is £32.27 per week and we regret that we do not have accommodation available for couples.

Travel Costs: You are responsible for any costs incurred travelling to and from the Hostel located in Barway. The Hostel team will endeavour to assist with travel arrangements wherever possible.

Salary / Contract

Minimum Salary: Regular and overtime Pay Rates and holiday and Bank Holiday entitlements are in accordance with the terms in the Agricultural wages order or the National Minimum wage and Working Time Directive. The minimum pay rate is £5.95 per hr. Much of the work is based on piecework system; Wages are only paid direct into a bank account, one week in arrears on a Friday. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day. Overtime rate is £8.93

Salary Currency: British pound

Salary Tax: Based on HMRC figures ,will be taxable at the 20 per cent basic

Hours per week: The majority of work with our Company will be on a piecework basis where demand or the state of the crop will play a part. The company would normally aim to work six days a week and we aim to offer 8 hours work per day. Exact hours and times will vary according to the demands of the business. Shift patterns will be operating in some parts of the business including night shifts. These hours may vary according to the season and the ongoing demands of the moment. At times you may be asked to work longer hours and during weekends / statutory holidays, at all times complying with current legislation such as the Working Time Directive.

Никакво развитие по темата ,що така никой ли не е чувал за тая ферма ?

Да, конкретно за гъби кандидатствах. Разбрах, че са имали интервюта, ама явно съм закъсняла и не ми се обадиха за тези дати. Дали ще имат пак дати за интервюта?
